In order to download and view our videos using your Apple^® mobile device, a free, third-party app (MyMedia - File Manager) must be used.

Using your mobile device, follow the steps below:

App Purchase and Installation Instructions

1. Go to the MyMedia - File Manager page in the iTunes Store, found here.

2. Tap the “Get” button to install the application. Note: you must have an Apple ID to proceed with the free purchase and download.

Purchasing Tips with the MyMedia - File Manager App

1. Tap the blue “MyMedia" app icon, as seen below:

   

2. When tapped the App will launch a web browser, capable of downloading and storing files. Proceed to the secure Clay Coach Online Store, using the following address: http://www.claycoachonline.biz.

3. Select the tips you wish to download and complete the checkout process. Enter the requested order information and place your order.

4. Upon completion, a pink-flashing “Download Here” button for each clip will appear on the right hand side. Tap the button, type a name for your file and save the file to the app.

5. Repeat step 4, for each clip purchased.

6. Purchased clips can be viewed by selecting the "Files" button at the top right of section of the screen, then selecting "Media".
